Measurement on star? Is this for a tall 6-8ft tree or a smaller tabletop 3-4ft tree?

Ummmm I dunnno never measured it BUT I would say more for a bigger standing tree just due to its wiehgt the top of the tree will need to be very sturdy I think it would b to much wieght on the top of a smaller tree :)
