Description

The listing, SOLID GREEN SPATHIPHYLLUM~LOW LIGHT HOUSE PLANT~L@@K!! has ended.

Here today---we have yet another one of my rarely seen plants. This is a beautiful houseplant that looks much like a solid green Mother-in-Law's Tougne or Snake Plant. In actuality--it is in the same family of plants. The difference in this one, is that the leaves grow more in a NEST LIKE fashion. Where with a Snake Plant, the leaves grow directly upward, this tends to look fuller because of this. The leaves are much wider than a Snake Plant, also adding to the FULL LOOK.
This GREAT, hardy houseplant gets even better. If you have a nice place for a houseplant, but can't have one there because of LOW LIGHT conditions, THIS plant will grow there. The light requirements are LOW LIGHT, and make it perfect for low light spots in your home!! It does not like to be as dry as a succulent, but you can let it dry out a little between waterings--water requirement is rated as MEDIUM, but it is not fussy. Regular house temps are PERFECT, and it grows at a rapid rate--giving you a full looking pot, in no time.
The 1 plant you will receive is approximately 5 to 6 inches tall--from top of soil. It has a nice root system pictured in Photos #3 and #4 Photo # 5 is that same plant growing in the soil I put it in, until headed your way (pot *N*O*T* included.) Plant will be sent bare root, with a damp paper towel and plastic wrapped around that to hold in the moisture for the trip. If this sounds like something you need---BID~BID~BID!!!!!!!!!!!

I offer FREE SHIPPING to save you $$$$!

Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!

I`ve always heard this from some of the old timers call this a father-in-law tongue.
Do you have yours setting next to a East or West window to get much more light for yours to take off so fast and fill the pot like it is doing?
What type of fertilizer maybe is what is got them shooting off like a weed?
Would you mind sharing that secret with us?
I`ve got 4 and only one is just about 2 inches taller than the other 3 but haven`t filled the pot and I have them near light as well?

Hey--Goood to see you and have you again!! I had to LAUGH---we always called this MOTHER-IN-LAW'S tougne. In actuality---this is NOT that plant--but variety with a common name of BIRD'S NEST. It is much more FULL and the leaves are much wider. As far as the location--it is in various locations round my house--because it IS a plant which truly is LOW LIGHT--it's happy, just about anywhere. Yes---I will be glad to share info---ALWAYS. The fertilizer I use is liquid called MEDINA---I just mix it with water and feed my plants with it And I will tell you this---they truly DO LOVE IT OUTSIDE in their pot--until it starts getting cool in the fall--(always in the shade though!! Hope all that helps!!! :o)
