it is a white Samsung cell phone it has both camera's on the front and the back it come's with a charger and cord and also a cover with a back attach to it the phone also is jail broken and does work with any cell phone companies it works very well only use it for a week.

Just curious - where did you purchase the phone? Is this an original Samsung Galaxy S4 or is it a Chinese Clone of the s4? Is the IMEI # clear to activate or is there any unpaid bills attached to the phone? Sorry for all the questions but have to ask them to cover all bases. Thanks for your time.

These pics are really blurry. So you say that this is this a Samsung Galaxy S4. Correct? If not, what EXACTLY model phone is this. Is the IMEI clean? In other words, would anyone have ANY issues activating this for themselves? Also, do you mean a GSM phone? Global System for Mobile Communications?
