How is the o rings on this one. I have seen some feedback on reviews that says some of them leak around the top o ring. I currently have a aspire mini and thinking about trying this type of system. Will it work with a I Leaf 15 watt stick? Is there much of a difference between the mini and this one?

I have yet to have one leak on me and they work with pretty much any 510 thread battery. Depending on the resistance of the carto it had and the battery you use would make most difference.

They fill the same way and these have awesome vape huge smoke and last forever I have been using one now for about 6 weeks without changing it. I love them and never get buring never leak
