I have. Like new HTC desire 510, comes with a Sim card. It's for the Virgin Mobil network but I'm pretty sure you can use them with anyone. Works fine, will come with tracking.

I just got burned on a phone here on LISTIA , it was reported stolen and the person I got it from knew nothing about it.It is in dispute but I was only trying to avoid any problems with another. You can find it under the battery. And you should have explained you didn't know what it was instead of being a smart alec and rude. Your attitude can give people the assumption this being all shady and that's why I said it. Also you not wanting to provide info so we could make sure it's legit makes us believe the phone isn't any good or has been stolen. We can't just take your word if we plan on bidding a high amount of credits in which I would have but not now.

Why won't you supply information so we as a buyer can make sure we are buying an item that is legit and not wasting our time on. Other sellers give the IMEI number when asked so what's your problem. By you not supplying us with it shows this auction is shady.

It's exactly as the add states. Perfectly fine for anyone to use. I'm not at home around this phone right now. It was never linked with any account other than the pre paid o set up on it for the month I needed it.
