The listing, Small heart locket has ended.

This small heart locket appears to be quite a few old. I don't know that I would call it an antique, although it could be. There are no marking on the piece. It is gold colored. The hinge is in beautiful condition as is the eyelet for the chain. Approximately 1/2" tall.

No markings of any kind, inside or out. You can tell who ever wore it, loved it. Where it sort of bubbles out on the back of the heart, not a huge area, you can see wear indications. However, I am not seeing a difference in the color, like it is an overlay. I could be wrong, but that is how I am seeing it. I hunted all over this little heart for some kind of clue as to a company, logo, or something, but can't find a single marking, only that raised detail on the front that reminds me of leaves.
