Measurements:
Top to bottom: 19" long from armpit to hem.
Armpit to armpit: 15 1/2" un-stretched.
Underbust: 14" long
Bust is padded. I don't think it will fit a bust bigger then 34C.
Straps for tying around the neck.
Side zipper.
