No manual. I don't know if there ever was one. Purchased new. Case and cover art included. Son gave me game to list. Its in perfect condition.

SO sorry, I now see what the problem is. The review/description I copied was for survival instinct. The game I am listing is actually the FIRST Walking dead game NOT survival Instinct.
