listia rules are if buyer has not got code 3 days they can get a refund as long as they do not hit got it if code was not sent and if saler sales same item after buyer wins and claim after 3 days saler will get a penalty on there account like i said as long as saler does not hit sent and buyer hits got it 3 days can get a refund after sent if buyer does not redeem after so long 3 to 7 days then saler has to apply for a retrack sale with digital codes are risky. like example code dont work after sent code buyer can send to clams and still get points back over all after auction if buyer does not choose shipping info then in 7 days u can re sale it but points go back inless buyer says got it over all good luck

When you go to universal to.redeem.it gives you list of redemption sites. VUDU is one of the UV sites.

Actually with most UV codes you can just go to VUDU and use them there, there are some you have to go to the retailer site before VUDU but that is not too often that I have come across.

It is HD. The movies are only redeemable through NBC Universal

Ronald I am afraid you are misinformed on that policy. All items digital or not must be sent within 7 days. You can request a refund on any auction after 3 days but that is up to the seller to give or not. And not all disputes end in a refund even if the code doesn't work. It can be a risk buying or selling codes because they may not work or a buyer could just be lying and say it doesn't work. So that leaves it up to Listia to decide and that cam go either way, I have experienced both. If a seller hasn't sent within 3 days you can.file the dispute and the seller may refund because they aren't out anything by refunding if they haven't sent the code or they still have 5 days to respond to the dispute. In which that time they may send the code and Listia will end the.dispute. each case is different and taken on a case by case basis.

I am addicted to UV codes, instant gratification lol. All this technology being able to watch something sooner rather than waiting for it has me sucked in, Although I do have my fair share of Blu Ray and DVDs as well. I love getting packages in the mail too lol.
