It is for young children, my son is almost 5 and e still loves his and he has had if for about 3 years. So I guess for different ages it teaches the abc and counts and sings so it is educational and fun.

My little boy has one he is six now and we couldn't find scout which is for boys but he loved it took it everywhere he is almost 7 and we still have it
