This is a Dress that is a size Large , I am 4ft 11 in tall and weigh 95 pds about and it is too long for me . This dress was bought for me as a gift and never wore , it has no tags . No it is not , just way too long and loose in the spots it should fit a little snug

And it is not a maxi dress mid way between ankle and knee in the back and the front would be just barely below the knee is the way it is suppose to fit
