I am going to say a size medium , because almost everything that fits me is a medium and it fit me , I am 4 foot 11 in and I weigh around 95 pds my measurements are 34 26 38 . I have a big rear end and I hate it !!!! Lol I usually do not tell my true measurements because of that but in this case I wanted you to get a good pic of the size of the skirt , and I hope that helps it does fall barely pass my knees
