Need a stick. Which is not included sorry it snapped in half :( but I have other tubes and a Capri sun size straw would even work. You just take some of the plastic bubbles out roll into a ball like, stick to end of blow stick or straw and blow and bubbles will blow. It doesn't pop. If the balloon tears just pinch together and blow some more and it'll "heal" itself and reattach to itself
