This is a BNWT red, white and blue with black trim patriotic themed wind chime. It is mainly made of metal, with 1 black bead above the chime. The main decoration is designed like a large bottle cap and says "God bless the USA", and has a stars and bars theme. It is about 3.75" in diameter and the whole wind chime is just about 12' LONG.
