This listing is for "10" Japanese Loquat SEEDS
grown in Houston, Texas.

All seeds are shipped extremely fresh!

Once the auction has ended...
1. The Loquats are picked from the tree
2. Seeds are removed and cleaned
3. Then wrapped in damp paper toweling
4. And placed in a plastic ziploc bag.

Seeds arrive fresh and ready to germinate.
Please have containers and some good
potting soil ready to plant them immediately.

These trees can withstand ALL WEATHER
conditions! My customers have planted them
in Colorado, Canada, Mexico and even Alaska!

No matter how hot or how cold the weather is,
these trees are truly AMAZING!

factors including heat, cooling, sun,
shade, moisture, time of sowing, etc.
