US USA USCGA United States Coast Guard Auxiliary flotilla commander insignia rank stitched embroidered on navy blue dark cloth background unsewn or uncut. One cut the cloth to then sew on collar of navy blue uniform shirt. The double bar look to be silver or grey. In center is a blue letter A. I think is for a flotilla commander but could be for a higher rank. The insignia in good shape overall, but notice one rank if one bar look to have a little loose thread. Also edge of cloth miss a few threads that if tuck under not a problem. The ranks are if put on need to be cut and sewed on.Semper Paratus, thank you for your service.
