US USCGA United States Coast Guard Auxiliary mini miniature medal of medal pendal with coast guard emblem on the center, and a light blue with dark blue stripes. In looking at a US Coast Guard Auxiliary website the best I can determine is the medal is for Auxiliary Membership Ribbon award medal. This website has pictures of different award ribbons or ribbon medals if a medal at http://wow.uscgaux.info/content.php?unit=T-DEPT&category=awards The medal is still stapled to the US CGA card in plastic. The card show some wear and tear but the medal is still sealed.
