well I have been researching this and it seems the 5c and 5 are pretty much the same just different components inside. The 5 and 5c are different from the 5S. 5S has different button alignments. I hope this helps.

i read so many different comparisons i don't know what to think . Some people say they all fit the same case so who knows... thanks for your info. If anyone else knows about these also please comment...

They dont. I tried multiple cases for the 5c on my 5 and none of them worked because the 5c is more round.

5C only fit 5C, there is a curve in the difference of the 5S. So no iPhone 5S does not fit any iPhone C cases.
