This is a scrunch blouse,one size fits all.
Has only been worn a couple of times. like new still.
I bought this in a little shop on the "RIVERWALK" in San Antonio, Texas.
You can wear it on or off the shoulders.

I usually wear a 2X - 3X shirt. Would this fit right? What size are you? So I get an idea how it would fit me.

I wear large and it fits big. It just seems to fit whatever your body is. If your body is big, it will go big, if it is smaller, it will go smaller. I haven't figured out how it works either, it just does.
