I recall these in Ks when I lived there...... we called them Goat Heads and they are nasty if stepped on!

We call them goats heads too here. But. there is a worse sticker that stings and sticks to everything small round seeds with spines all over on every single place possible. So i figured i call them the more common laymens term that is common Devils Claw. They are nasty when stepped on!!

I am not sure of the laymens name for those little round ones either.... but they are just as wicked and nasty to step on as well..... seem to take forever to get out no matter what is tried to drawn them out.

would you be sending the whole claw or just the seeds? if the whole claw could you stick it in maybe a paper towel tube cut to fit the envelope so it might not get crushed? im bidding for sure but would love the claw as a whole.
