This is a black blouse/dressy T-shirt made by White Stag size 26/28 or 3X. It is mostly plane except for the top of the sleeves which have lace inserts. This is a great shirt for running errands shopping or just hanging out at home but it is dressy enough that I used to wear it to work with no problems from management. is that a bleach spot on the front of this top? just wondering what that spot is.

No it's a piece of lint that I didn't get off before I posted the picture. But I assure you I never use bleach on colors or anywhere near it. I just noticed when I wash that load of laundry that there was a white washcloth in the bottom that I didn't catch, so it wound up with a bit of lint.

And the sleeve starts at the shoulder unless you have a narrow build and then it might go a little off of the shoulder but that's just like that because it's a small hanger.
