I just have been dooped so many times thinking i got this sterling ring and after 2 weeks of wearing it the silver is coming off and there is a diff metal underneath. And im allergic to fake metals. This is a beautiful ring!!! I was curious though as too if its sterling silver plated rather than solid sterling silver cause it looks like its plated. Even though it may be marked 925, alot of jewelry these days r marked 925 and r only plated...ok th@nks so much...watching this cant wait to know ur response!!!;)

Thank You for asking that question I buy from a reliable distributor that I trust. Now I no of one occasion where there has been a case of a ring that was marked S925 instead of .925 but honesty S925 and 925 are in fact the same thing S meaning the International code for Sterling. Now this ring its self is Marked .925 Solid Sterling Silver. Now just like you I have no way of knowing if I have been sold a fake or the real thing. Have a Blessed Listia Day. Richard
