DATE: ?? There is no copyright date in this book that I can find. It's very old and appears to be Victorian, possibly late 1800s - early 1900s. Printed in Boston; published by Henry Hoyt.

CONDITION: Very rough. This is a very old book in poor condition. See photos for examples of wear and tear to both interior and exterior. The book is separating from the binding and is very fragile. Separation occurs near front and middle of book. There are age spots/stains throughout. There is writing on the first few pages and title page. The one illustration I see in the middle of the book has been colored with crayon by a child (see last photo). Cover has very worn color plate attached to embossed cloth green cover.

Despite the book's rough condition, it is still a very interesting and very old piece.
