i know i wish i had it with my first son but this worked so well the last few month of my pregnancy my back didnt hurt so bad took a lil bit to get use to but was well worth it

no it is not noticeable it goes right about where your pants would come so on a pregnant woman she has maternity pants that would stretch over top of it and your shirt cover the rest of the back of it and its not bulky its is snug against your skin

yeah it really does help but i had my baby july 8th and dont plan on another for while that makes 2 boys if you include husband thats 3 lol
