I got this from a fellow Listian "beautyforyou" and it just isn't working for me. Although I paid $8.50 in shipping it weighs less than 3 ounces so I will ship to you for free. Be advised the first picture is the same used in original listing I bid on and won?.
All other pictures are me fully disclosing any problems with this garment. There is a hole in the middle of the back, there are rough seams that cause the skirt to pucker, there is only white trim on one layer, the closer is made of Velcro that is barely attached and a rough edge all the way around. The waist is elastic and although advertised for a woman I would highly recommend it be used for a child unless you are Barbie and blessed with a teeny waist. I do not have the time to fix the problems so if you want to fix it or use the scraps then feel free to take it off my hands.
FYI: I was told the shipping fee included handling and PayPal won't help you when it is not the purchase but "shipping and handling" as the original seller is very well versed in this area (and only uses stock photo's). So my loss is your gain?
I do not want to GIN this as I would like to see what it goes for. All Listia rules apply :)

Wow! I certainly hear you girlfriends! And when you get ------ over, and give neutral or negative feedback, they make up LIES ABOUT YOU!!! One lady kept saying I made FUN OF HER DYING HUSBAND!!!! Because she wanted something for nothing, and got mad cause I didn't track her item but I used the post office pid number and they said she got it. Got a hopeful of God awful candles for like, 10000 credits and $19.99 later...( Supposed $50.00 worth, homemade vomit) I've thrown out about 1/3 of the junk I've gotten. But the nice people like you, warning others makes it ok here and I've gotten some nice stuff too. Sorry can't bid on this but want to say thank you to you!!! Wouldn't it be nice if we could list on our profiles who, let's say, used a screwdriver on us, ? Lol

This is a way to put it out there. I simply suggest you relist as I have done whenever you experience something like that. You have to be careful and NOT disparage the person but I put only the truth and did so by listing and showing pictures of the problem. I chose not to leave any feedback because negative wasn't an option. When they voluntarily give you the credits back you can't leave negative feedback. I did get through to PayPal though and attached pictures to the file and explained this site doesn't sell items - she was getting money through a handling fee! PayPal refunded me the shipping and handling but due to the unusual circumstances did so at no expense to the "seller"! At least I got my money back! I don't expect you to bid but I do appreciate you stopping by. I do have some listings from different areas so check them out!

Oh ya, and "500$ ya she claimed a bunch of PLASTIC JUNK jewelry cost her" cost me a boatload in shipping for a mystery auction. I threw it in the barrel for the trash guy the next day. He thought I made a mistake and took it out and left it for me on my deck... I laughed, and left a note the next week for him to give his kids for dress up.... oh man, she was a 'timelesstreasure' piece of work too.

I think we all have plenty of stories to tell but I also have many things I have won and love from here. I simply relist what doesn't work for me and dispute anything that is just downright fraud. I won't pay shipping to anyone that doesn't have a stellar rating and I now know to look beyond the 100% positive to break down the neutral feedback because they keep their 100% that way!

I believe the good outweigh the bad on here. I have also learned that you get ripped off more when you pay for shipping because they are building in a profit margin and it's no longer about "free".

suzanneperewitz1, you are absolutely correct!! I had one do that, only he wanted to lie about me, get his credits back and keep my item! His track record preceded him! I think some of these folks just can't phantom that Listia really does have every thing you have said and done in previous transactions. Karma always knows their address!!! :)
