These meaty little beauties are just the thing for anyone wanting a great sauce tomato. I like them for sandwiches too because they aren't as messy and don't make the bread soggy so quickly. It may be just my opinion, but they taste slightly sweeter to me than their round cousins. I started a few of these for my spring/summer garden and plan to plant some new ones for my fall garden in order to have some to jar up for the winter.
