This items allows children to follow a schedule independently. The cards are a visual representation of a child's day. As a child performs each each task they will be able to self check they have completed all the steps. The ring opens, allowing you to remove or rearrange the order of the cards. We all follow daily routines. Students are empowered and their confidence level rises when they control their own schedule. This visual check list also eases anxiety and frustration as children know exactly what is coming next as well as how many steps there are to completion. This set contains high quality photo cards of self help skills and every day tasks. It's the perfect size and can easily be clipped to a key ring, attached to a belt or fit in a pocket book.

My son is almost 7 and is mostly non verbal. I have been wanting to do the visual schedule for a while at home (he already does at school).

My daughter is almost 8 and she is verbal, but has a lot of issues with transitions. We made ours by taking pictures around the house of things and in the neighborhood. I also invested in a laminator and unlimited printing. We use a lot of first then boards as well and token systems. If your ever interested just shoot me an email.

My nephew is 7 and nearly non-verbal. He has been really blessing his mama with "Ma" "Nuus" (Noodles) and a couple of others. This would be just awesome! Welcome to Lista, and thank you for a wonderful listing. <><

My mom had my sister and I make a ring of chore cards like this when we were kids. She was tired of having to remind us to do things. It is very helpful. I think pictures are a great idea for a very young child or a child who needs a little extra help to remember everyday tasks. It makes it fun.

Thank you. These were a life saver when my 7yo was first diagnosed. You can add cards too really easy. We ended up making our own which is we no longer need them.
