Are these the ones that are from the corms that you have to find and dig up each fall or the bulb ones?

Seeds I think they are called corms. I always use the bulbs with great success as far north as I am and the weather predictability our ground could freeze and north thaw out until mid May next year so I need to have something hardy and for me corms are not a good answer. I do have a set a friend sent me to try this year so I will try those but I wonder about how sturdy the stalks will be against the high winds I get off the lake and they can be cold winds sometimes up in June too. Crazy here I know.1
