can dress it up or, just get a great pair on sandals, shades & a tank & you are good to go.
i dont have a tape measure but i will say this, i would say it is approx 36in long
has a bit of stretch to it

the top is a nice light denim color & the bottom is a chocolate brown. Nice & light for warmer weather... The denim can be warm BUT, the light material lets the fabric breather.
