To an extent... yes, categories are suggestions. There are certain exceptions, however. Gift cards are one such exception. Since we limit the number of gift cards that a seller can post within a 7-day rolling period, the Gift Card category is a requirement as opposed to a suggestion. Another examples is recipes, which must be posted under Books > Cookbooks.

Also, items listed must be posted to appropriate categories - i.e. the category in which an item is posted must make sense. For example, we would not allow a necklace to be posted to the Computers & Networking category... just doesn't make sense.

As for the member who flagged your listing... this listing was not flagged. We moderators routinely browse the site and if we see something amiss, we take care of it. We do not require violations to our policies be reported, but it sure does make our jobs a lot easier, so... by all means, report to your heart's content :)

Got cut off lol but possible since i made that a short auction they'll miss it if so and this gets a gin request before a bid is placed please message me asap so i may fix add the gin ( hope so because this may be the last card i can afford to post for awhile ,lol,, never break a promise is why this ones here so if they dont come back to get their requested gin everyone who likes the cards has that person to thank for this one being here , 2 others are already in action but ending in 2 and 3 days ,, ,,, don't let anything stop you from bidding but thought you should know it all , lol i'm an open book , often means comments are too long thou , lol thank you all for stopping by =))
