The listing, Vintage Joke Plate "I'm the Boss in this House and I Have My Wife's Permission to Say So" has ended.

These funny plates were popular in the 50's and 60's.
This one does not have the sticker but most of them were made in Japan.
Has gold edging.
In excellent condition--no chips or cracks and is ready to hang.
About 7" across.

Questions & Comments

I would rather get a "World's Gratest Dad" cheese grater, but it's a fun example of 50's humor. My dad had a plate like this in the camper that said "God Bless This Lousy Camper" on it.
