its a fossil blue watch and its not that expensive. its worth like $25 because its the black edition. if you had blue and silver it would be $200+.

I'm so sorry I haven't had a chance to respond to your question. I'm pretty sure the battery is working but I've been so busy with end of the school year stuff with the kids I haven't had a chance to look to make sure. it does work and doesn't need a new battery since it's running and not very old I don't think it should need a new one any time soon. I don't see a brand name anywhere on it. It's my ex husbands and it's not in the box anymore. I'm sorry I couldn't find more info on it
