thank you. no, there are no markings that i can find and i have not had the chance to do any research on it. its a hard one to just google, honestly i was hoping someone on here could give me an idea of its origin.

it is 3 3/16\" there is a small chip on the babys hood but other than that it is just worn paint as you can see in the pics.
