I can't make out what it says. 3 different markings on it. It very well maybe a watch band, but it's very small, and don't think it would fit anyone but a child / baby.

The most I could make out of the 3 markings on this are, made in USA, some numbers with gold something under them, and a oval symbol of some sort.
