@123SHARON There are more like leggings. The Brand itself is called "Boom Boom Jeans" and I'm not good at measuring so I can not be exactly accurate with you. When I tried them on they fit but they didnt at the same time. My waist is a 28 so I would say to fit perfectly and comfortably I would say the waist size is 26. But I am not sure about the length. when I put them they stopped at the middle lower part of my ankle. I hope that helps

If you just measure from top to bottom leg , that should help me out , also , 26 or 13 in , are they like a size 3-4 ?

Can you measure inside inseam of pants from crotch to bottom of leg. Or else sharing your height might help since you mentioned they fall mid ankle on you.
