Oh my Gosh! This is a couple of USSR children' pins. Both are identical and depict a baby Lenin ( Vladimir (or children's name - Volodya) Ul'yanov) - the children were getting the pin in 1st grade in school. The pins are from 60's - 70's. If they look slightly different - they were made on different manufacturing facilities.
