The listing, PUL Fat Quarter has ended.

One fat quarter of lime green PUL from Greenbeans Fabric. PUL is most commonly used for cloth diaper making and now more recently reusable cloth menstrual products, as the leak proof layer.
One side of PUL fabric is soft and the other shiny, waterproof fabric.
