I believe so. Death Row almost always means they hang out there for 20 years or so, until they've exhausted all their appeals.

Fanned you. I have to say what you are doing for these death row inmates are wonderful. My husband is a AWESOME artist also but he always gets put in jail for whatever reason. Thank God its not death row tho. I applaud you for what you are doing for them. My husband sends me his art all the time. Keep the work up.
