It says great seal of the united states of America 1912 it has a pic on it of mountains and a lake and ground a man in the pic and rocks too this is for name tags it has a pull string for the name tag you put on here hope you like it its silver and white and black picture color hope you bid god bless you and happy bidding. Free shipping for the U.S.A anywhere else has to pay a fee of five dollars for shipping fee. This is for you to put a name tag on it and you clip it to your shirt or pants so you don't have to worry about loosing it cause the clip keeps it in its place and people will be able to read your name tag.
