I will ship this to the winner for free as long as they can accept UPS shipping. If the winner prefers to have this shipped to a PO box the shipping will be a flat rate of $12 payable through PayPal. I don't know who in their right mind would rather pay $12 for shipping rather than have this shipped for free but Listia will no longer allow me to list my auctions as free shipping with the condition of UPS only. I know this is confusing to some so if you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Medium Flat rate shipping box plus packing price with USPS. For free shipping use a residential address for UPS delivery.

Are you needing this to be shipped to a PO box? If yes the shipping is $12 flat rate. Is your verified address a Residential address (not a PO box)? If yes then I can upgrade your shipping to UPS and offer the winner free shipping.
