This dress is made by Cool Fashion, when I got it I thought it was a Large but it's a Medium, I'll say 7/8. from shoulder to shoulder its 12 inches from armpit to armpit 14 inches the waist is 8 inches unstretched 15 inches stretched 32 an a half inches long. I would say the material is polyester it's soft and silky and very flowy and lightweight. Never worn, Never tried one. Excellent condition.
