Possible GOS Ring with Stunning Center Stone
(I found this ring when I was 12 years old, playing in an abandoned house. It has been 11 years now and I still have it, but never wear it for the size. I believe this ring should go were someone will actually be able to show it off some. Because I did find this rind, ever fact listed about it is not for certain.)

>Size: Somewhere between 8 and 9 (I think 8.5)
>Stones: Center stone is clear and a bright orange (MAYBE an citrine gemstone?) Each side is 3 clear stones (MAYBE diamonds, but more then likely CZ's)
>Metal: THERE IS NO MARKINGS. But Im more then certain that its Gold Over Sterling Silver.
>GOLD DOES LOOK TO BE CHIPPING SOME.
>You can tell the ring had been sized up before by the thinned out part of the ban on the bottom.
>Smoke free environment (Though when I first found it, there was smoke)
>WE HAVE CATS! (So expect some cat hair)
>Item will be shipped FREE within the week.
>I do work with jewelry, but seeing how I dont have the proper equipment at home, everything stated about the ring above is just personal opinion.

take it to a local jeweler and ask them to take a look at it - most will just take a peek and determine what it is - your not having it appraised so usually there will be no charge.

Thank you Mo110. I had been thinking about doing that buonafortuna. But then in the end figured that I probably wouldnt have kept it anyway. Besides, it leaves the bidders some mystery in it! LOL

No markings, not gold over silver. Gold would not chip off, anyway. Sorry.

Citrine is light yellow. Must be glass. Just FYI from a new fan.

it could be Zircon, Topaz or Tourmaline - they all can come in a bright orange color.
Tourmaline: http://www.theimage.com/gemstone/tourmaline/tourmaline.html
Could even possibly be a Spessartite Garnet: http://www.gehnabazaar.com/gemstones/59/spessartite-garnet.html
Zircon: http://www.bestcutgems.com/orangegemstones

And yes it could just be an orange colored CZ too
