He ended up getting 3500 for a half of his geode! That particular mineral is common in the county we get them at..our family likes to go on a treasure hunt to find them..its just as fun as cracking them open! These geodes are found way up into Kentucky! I have other auctions up to with other sizes and each auction i offer either higher credits and low or no shipping or i offer lower credits but winner pauys shipping or half shipping as these are heavy and cost from 6.00 to 15.00 to ship depending on size!
