The listing, Precious OOAK Baby Girl has ended.

Her name is Trisha and she is not happy, she almost looks scared so she needs to be held and loved. She was special made by an artist/model in New York. I love her but it is time to find her another mother. She has on a pink crocheted outfit but she is so small (about 3") that she gets lost in it. She has blonde hair and real glass eyes and is in a little sac with a pillow and is wearing a cap. She has her "parts" to show that she is a little girl. Her ears are a little too high but that is a trademark of this artist. These dolls are expensive. I will miss her!

Questions & Comments

Please provide photos with a quarter for comparison 3" all around? Also take photos without the cap. Is the hair a wig or rooted? Photo with no clothes on front and back and signature on neck would be good too.

I will take more pictures tomorrow - the hair is not rotted like a reborn doll - it would be vinyl or rubber if it was rooted. She is polymer clay. Her hair is glued on.

Is she made of Polymer clay? Does that mean something that feels like rubber and doesn't break as easily as Porcelain dolls???

She is made of polymer clay and baked - she is not a toy, not for children, but very durable - I had 22 of these and none ever broke. If they do, polymer clay doesn't crumble and it can be glued and not show where broken. The rubber feeling ones are usualy soft and the vinyl ones are. harder.

I think it is where my friend tried to put her mark with a felt tip pen that wrote too thick and she just marked it out. I never noticed it before my husband took the picture - she has been clothed all this time and we only took her clothes off because "nvegetarian" requested a photo with no clothes.

Yes, my friend made the doll - not me. She always signed them and I bid on a lot of them. Her little black ones were the cutest because the boys looked so real - one has dreadlocks and one black girl has real hair in little ribbons. She did wonderful work and got better all the time. She no longer makes them and is a full time model in NY.

The doll is 3 1/2" - Her name is Trisha but the one who wins her can rename her if they would like.

She looks scared to me, or even mad, is definitely different from the usual baby look that you see but I liked her because she was different and unusual.

I didn't make this doll - my friend did but I am planning on making some because I do love them. Soon I will be listing 2 - one black and one white - both sleeping (They are really cute!) I will make one with green eyes (all 3 of my girls have green eyes like their dad) I love green eyes.

I have brown eyes too and my husband had (he died) green eyes so green eyes won out over brown, which shows brown does not always dominate. I bet your "green" contacts are really pretty!
