This is for a brand new in package MAYBELLINE NEW YORK 24 hour gel eyeliner in 950 Blackest Black. Waterproof. I use this myself and it's very good if you use gel.

I WILL NOT ship to unverified addresses. I will not lower the starting bid, days, or do GIN. Smoke free, pet friendly, (1 dog) home.

What did you mean by "its very good if you use gel"? Do I need to have some kind of gel expertise to use this? Lol funny question but true. I'm used to the stick eyeliner -is this not the same?

It's not the same, lol. But it's not hard, I personally like it better. You'll get your own groove. I've been using this for years.
