What sweet little booties these are! I love the way they turned out. That is a heart on top and the ankle area can be pulled tighter with the little crochet band around it. These are made with the finest quality crochet thread and yes they can be washed! Size is larger than newborn. Pattern says newborn to 3 months but I think these are larger than newborn unless you have a large baby. Feel free to ask any questions.
