i would have absolutely no problem shipping internationally on Listia except for the fact that you have no tracking mechanism unless you would like to spend not forty cents, but an additional $11.35 for usps priority mail international flat rate envelope for Canada and that's the online retail real price, otherwise i can never prove you received it and in this venue.. i don't need the headache. i send everything with a tracking number. but hey,thanks for your interest and when the usps decides to put tracking numbers on usps first class mail international envelopes other than a customs number so that bulk wholesale beauty sellers can find their packages i'll be more than happy to send anything anywhere! :)
