Full moon is great! if you can find a window, or sit them on your front porch. Smudging with sage or cedar will work as well. Thank you for posting ^^ Merc Rx is driving me nuts!

The sage and or cedar smudging is actually cleansing your at stones but its a good method to do so

Also if you choose full moon charging you can also park your vehicle in the moonlight and put your stones on your dashboard to charge but any new stones you need to cleanse and charge as soon as possible to cleanse the energies of previous owners and make them yours to use

Oh and you can use sunlight to charge too but it can fade some stones like amethyst and rose quartz
