the following page says it will work with windows 7 but you need to do some special downloads see this

I don't know what it would cost. There is some ink in it but it probably won't last long. I think that it will need a black cartridge soon, it does have color ink in it.

I don't think it weighs 20 lbs but it is an odd size so needs a big box which I don't have yet. I'm guessing about $20 to ship to the NE part of the US parcel post which is the cheapest way. I'm in Florida. It's probably about $25 to the west coast of the US.
You would need a usb cable as they don't come with printers (they go from the printer to the computer)

No guarantees if it gets broken in shipping. I'll pack as good as I can but I don't know how well they are with shipping stuff.

I haven't weighed it yet but I'm guessing it will be about $20.00 if I can do parcel post. I need to get a box that it will fit in.
