I found this adorable Tea Pot at an estate sale. I have no idea of it's true age. Please see pictures of stamp on bottom.
This very detailed piece is in excellent condition! No chips, cracks, breaks, or nicks!
The top of the hat has noticeable paint brush strokes by the maker. It appears that Humpty's extended hand was made to hold something, such as a spoon maybe?

I have this same tea set and he also had little cracked egg teacups and yes a spoon (blue) was inside under the lid , I got my set at Walmart yrs ago in the Christmas gift set collections and I have never used mine and personally wouldn't I'm worried they'll crack , I have a large teapot/tea set collection but I don't drink hot tea only coffee! These tea sets ARE fragile , I also have the "cow jumped over the moon " set and the little spoon broke in half just by bumping it.
